Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency had to close 10 companies since the phase II large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) during inspection last Monday (9/14).

"We coordinate with the Health Agency, as many companies send a report to them. That's why we do a sudden visit to the office, whether they have complied the rules or not," he stated, Wednesday (9/16).

Based on the information gathered, six were closed due to coronavirus case and four others were shut for failure to implement strict health protocols.

"Fines are not imposed on six companies as they have already reported cases. However, only the entire building is closed for three days in order to handle and prevent the disease in the office environment," he stated.

As for those four companies did not limit the number of employees to a maximum of 25 percent of normal capacity and its employees violated health protocols by not wearing masks in the office.

"It's okay if there is only one employee in the room without using a mask. But this case shows some not wearing masks in one room, of course this is fatal. We want the company to tighten health protocols in every employee thus similar case can be prevented," he asserted.
